MockPipeline Support
MockPipeline is a Windows/macOS desktop tool for batch mockup compositing: place transparent PNG assets on a set of base images, adjust once, and export complete image sets in batch. If you run into a problem or have feedback, email us.

Importing Base Images and Assets
Base images can be JPG or PNG and are imported in groups. Assets should be PNGs with a transparent background; they go into the asset library first, then onto the canvas as independent layers. If an asset does not appear, check the file format and that it has an alpha channel.
- 03
Batch Export
Export applies to the current group or all available groups, and each output keeps the original size of its base image. You can watch progress or cancel at any time; name conflicts prompt you for how to handle them, and failed items are listed with a reason.
- 04
Restoring Your Last Session
The app saves groups, assets, and canvas state automatically and restores your last session on launch. If you moved or deleted the original base images or assets, import them again.
- 05
Purchases and Licenses
Payments, refunds, and license restores are handled by the channel you got the app from. Mac App Store: manage it in your Apple ID purchase history or subscription settings, and request refunds via reportaproblem.apple.com. Direct download: email [email protected] to restore a license or request a refund.

Privacy
Assets, base images, and exported files stay on your device, and no account is required. See the MockPipeline Privacy Policy for details.
